OUR GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY: We guarantee our prints and your satisfaction. Return prints in the original condition & packaging material within 14 days of their delivery to you. We will refund the entire purchase price, excluding shipping.

TO ORDER ONLINE USING OUR SECURE SERVER: Simply use the links on the purchase page. (Your card is not charged until you give final authorization) Our credit card processing is managed through TrustCommerce.

To purchase through PayPal, simply email us a list of the prints you wish to order. PayPal will send you an electronic invoice. Or you may select the PayPal option in our shopping cart when finished with your selections.

Our prints may also be purchased through the New York Times Store at nytstore.com.

TO ORDER BY MAIL: MAIL ORDER FORM Simply print it out and send it. You may of course also write out a check. Audubon, himself a prolific writer, would have wanted it that way.

TO ORDER BY PHONE: You may also phone in your order at 908-510-1621. If you leave a message, we will return your call, but please clearly leave your phone number. We do not recommend your leaving card info on the message. We will call you back. Only Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or checks are accepted for mail or phone orders.

SECURITY: An image of a small yellow padlock will appear in the top left of secure pages, where you enter your card info. Of course, if you are uncomfortable entering card data over the internet, we are happy to receive your phone calls or mail orders.

Please note: The shopping cart will prompt you to enter your state for sales tax purposes. However, only New Jersey residents will be charged their standard 7% sales tax. Currently, we do not have to collect sales taxes for other states. But you will still need to enter a state in the box provided.

SHIPPING: Prints are expertly packed in heavy mailing tubes or fine art boxes. Tubes are the safest method for shipping valuable art. Tubes may be opened at either end. Carefully unroll the print so as not to crease it. If you wish, we can have us mail your order directly to your framer.

$20 Domestic FedEx. If we have your email address, we will send you the tracking number.

International shipping. We use FedEx International. This service is expensive but dependable. Purchaser is responsible for all duties and tariffs. We will charge your card for the actual amount of shipping prior to mailing.

Most domestic orders are mailed overnight or 2Day.

GUARANTEE: We guarantee our prints and your satisfaction. If the prints are damaged in any way, or if for any reason you wish to return them, simply return them in the original packaging material within 14 days of their delivery to you. We will refund the entire purchase price, excluding shipping.

PRIVACY: We respect your privacy and personal information. We do not give out your contact information to anyone. The only time you may receive a phone call from us is if we have a question on your order. If you purchase online, we do not even see your card information, as it goes directly to the card processor.
