We guarantee our prints and your satisfaction.  If the prints are damaged in any way, or if for any reason you wish to return the prints, simply return them in the original packaging material within 14 days of their delivery to you.  We will refund the entire purchase price, excluding shipping.

We ship most Princeton, Essex, and Rare Prints reproductions securely rolled in a heavy fine art mailing tube - the safest shipping method. You may open either end of the tube and carefully pull out the wrapped prints. Always gently unroll the prints. 

The shipping cost to an address in the continental United States, which is calculated at checkout, is generally $16 per total order.  Insurance is included.  Please provide us with an email (optional) so that FedEx may send the tracking number. Please provide a phone number (optional) for the FedEx driver.   Princetons are in stock unless otherwise noted on the purchase button, and they generally ship the next business day following your purchase. International shipping, and shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, averages $45 including insurance, and is collected at checkout. All import fees or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.   International orders are shipped through USPS International Shipping.  We will send the Identification Number to your email, if provided.

Originals are purchased on approval, shipped flat, and shipped at cost, which includes insurance.  If the prints are damaged in any way, or if for any reason you wish to return the prints, simply return them in the original packaging material immediately.  We will refund the entire purchase price, excluding shipping.  Please call us or email us if you are going to return an original.
