First visit?
Welcome to
Princeton Audubon Limited.
We
hope you will enjoy your visit with us. Formerly of Princeton, New
Jersey (U.S.A.) Princeton Audubon has produced the world's only
direct-camera
double elephant re-creations of
John James Audubon's remarkable work - The Birds of America.
Audubon collector and author Bill Steiner calls Princeton
direct-camera
prints
“Simply the finest Audubon
facsimiles ever made.”
Princeton direct-camera lithographs are
not photographs, but are fine art prints on very heavy archival paper.
Direct-camera refers to the capture of the image prior to transfer to
printing plates.
We sell these limited edition prints
right here from this website, and also through the New
York Times, the Key West Audubon Gallery, the Taylor Clark Audubon
Gallery, and many other museums and institutions, such as The New-York
Historical Society.
